Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and forward-thinking Head of Secondary to join our professional academic operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an educational professional who can deliver instructional precision for management and divisional performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily high school operations, spearheading teaching and learning reviews, managing curriculum frameworks, steering KHDA inspection preparations, and fostering a collaborative school community culture. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in KHDA Compliance Indicators, Secondary Division Expansion, and Staff Mentorship Models and a proactive approach to academic excellence tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and day-to-day administrative execution of the secondary department to meet management and student achievement metrics.
- Support pedagogical integrity in Dubai, tracking curriculum delivery, faculty lesson models, and grading distributions with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, senior executive boards, and parent-teacher associations to facilitate professional organizational coordination of school expansion plans.
- Direct KHDA self-evaluation cycles, coach teaching staff through professional development networks, and manage student behavioral policies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites and educational reporting applications to evaluate student progress histories, track assessment parameters, and manage scheduling lines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a core subject field (Mathematics, English, or Science) is required; a Master’s Degree and official Teaching Qualification are preferred.
- Mandatory previous professional leadership experience (as a Head or Deputy Head of Secondary) within a Dubai school environment is required.
- Strong background in management of KHDA inspection criteria, statutory school indicators, and secondary cohort structures.
- Professional background in education regarding collaborative learning methodologies, performance-driven staff management, and UAE regulatory compliance systems.
- Excellent community-building, personnel coordination, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate multi-departmental educational goals under tight evaluation guidelines, and thrive in a fast-growing Dubai learning campus.
