Head Waiter – Dubai, UAE | Avlu Restaurant (Licensed Turkish & Greek)

About the Role:

Avlu Restaurant, a new licensed Turkish & Greek dining concept in Dubai, is looking for a skilled Head Waiter. You will be responsible for leading the service section, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, and guiding junior service staff to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a section of the dining floor, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Provide outstanding guest service, handling complex orders and special requests.
• Mentor and guide Waiters and Runners, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
• Manage guest complaints and feedback effectively and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all service standards and licensing regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Head Waiter or supervisory restaurant role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and leadership abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek, Turkish, or Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation & Application:

• Competitive compensation package: AED 5000 to 10000.
