Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health & Safety Engineer to join our expanding safety operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can monitor safety policies for management and regulatory compliance review. You will be responsible for overseeing site inspections, implementing health and safety systems, and ensuring strict adherence to ADOSH/OSHAD standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Risk Assessment and Environmental Regulations and a proactive approach to hazard identification and safety awareness promotion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor health and safety procedures across project sites to meet management and safety targets.
- Support safety integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% compliance with ADOSH / OSHAD regulations and local site safety standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operational teams to lead safety initiatives and promote awareness among all employees.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend effective preventive actions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to maintain accurate safety records and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field plus preferred ADOSH / OSHAD Certification.
- Proven professional ability specifically managing safety compliance across multiple project sites.
- Strong background in management of health and safety policies, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
- Professional background in education or training regarding environmental regulations, safety inductions, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard engineering firm in Dubai.
