Open Positions & Specialized Functional Tracks:
- MEP Project Manager: Oversees macro-level operational frameworks, orchestrating master site schedules, governing financial expenditure variances, and coordinating directly with primary engineering consultants.
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer: Directs complex central HVAC design validations, chilled water network structural layouts, drainage pipelines, and firefighting systems deployment.
- Sr. Electrical Engineer: Governs high-voltage electrical grid architecture setup, low-current system loops, power distribution boards, and localized safety load testing protocols.
- Project Engineer: Manages daily micro-level field engineering execution, aligning subcontractor work logs with structural blueprints and running regular site quality checks.
- Document Controller: Maintains complete lifecycle ownership over incoming and outgoing technical correspondence, engineering submittals, RFIs, and architectural blueprint transmittals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute technical MEP project activities systematically based on your assigned engineering or document management role.
- Oversee comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering works across both live site installations and early pre-construction planning stages.
- Coordinate dynamically with external consultants, principal civil contractors, corporate vendors, and cross-functional project stakeholders.
- Ensure absolute structural compliance with approved technical drawings, client project specifications, QA/QC standards, and regional safety rules.
- Prepare, validate, and systematically maintain complex technical documentation, operational reports, engineering submittals, and field records.
- Supervise site execution teams, monitoring daily performance parameters to eliminate workflow delays and preserve material efficiency.
- Support material procurement streams, detailed design coordination tracks, and official municipality building inspections as required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a recognized academic Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline based on the target position) is mandatory.

- Prior professional experience navigating technical site coordination pipelines inside the United Arab Emirates construction landscape is preferred.
