Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict organization-wide deployment of evidence-based psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and standardized diagnostic guidelines.
  • Supervise specialized treatment planning models, implementing systematic quality assurance checks and clinical data auditing protocols.
  • Lead, mentor, and perform structured performance evaluations for a dedicated squad of licensed psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, and academic trainees.
  • Enforce absolute alignment with active DHA healthcare regulations, international psychiatric ethical standards, and patient safety blueprints.
  • Participate actively in corporate clinical audits, international healthcare accreditation reviews, and localized quality improvement projects.
  • Monitor departmental performance indices, analyzing practitioner productivity, appointment scheduling parameters, and patient flow dynamics.
  • Collaborate fluidly with consulting psychiatrists, allied medical professionals, and external clinical referral networks to synchronize holistic care plans.
  • Lead continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives, medical training seminars, and official DHA clinical observership programs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of an advanced Master’s Degree or Doctorate (Ph.D. / Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or an equivalent recognized professional mental health discipline is mandatory.
  • Holding an active, valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or official DHA Eligibility letter as a practicing Clinical Psychologist is strictly non-negotiable.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of verified, post-qualification professional clinical experience delivering psychological care within an established medical center or psychiatric facility.
  • Proven leadership background, department head experience, or direct clinical supervisory experience navigating complex psychiatric caseloads.
  • Deep structural understanding of empirical psychotherapeutic systems, mental health ethics, clinical governance architectures, and patient tracking loops.
