Job Description:
British Orchard Nursery is holding walk-in interviews across Dubai and Sharjah for four key positions: Principals, Customer Service Representatives, Teachers, and Teaching Assistants. Successful candidates will manage nursery administration, deliver engaging early years instruction, support student learning and safety, handle parent communications, and contribute to a nurturing EYFS learning space.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education and care based on the assigned role (Leadership, Teaching, Support, or Customer Service).
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
- Support children’s educational, social, physical, and emotional development.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
- Follow nursery policies, EYFS procedures, and early childhood care standards.
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational learning activities.
- Provide excellent front-desk customer service and parent relation management where applicable.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
🔹 Requirements:
- Attested educational certificates (Relevant Degree, EYFS Diploma, Cache Level 3/5, or Certification as required per position).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an early childhood education or nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, classroom management, and child development.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, parent engagement, and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
