Job Description:

Multiple immediate career positions are open for seasoned interior design and corporate fit-out specialists. The brand is recruiting across various essential execution roles including Vendor Manager, Estimator, Production Manager, Planning PM, and Category Manager to direct ongoing large-scale urban transformations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, execution, and operational coordination across multiple sites.
• Handle vendor sourcing, commercial contract negotiations, and relationship management.
• Prepare precise structural project estimations, budgeting, and detailed cost analysis.
• Oversee interior production schedules, fabrication timelines, and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate with internal technical design teams, suppliers, and site installation groups.
• Ensure strict architectural quality standards and timely project handovers.
• Support general procurement, supply chain tracking, and category management activities.
• Maintain efficient visual workflow across ongoing corporate fit-out operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory professional experience operating inside the Interior Fit-Out or Interior Design industry.
• Prior experience executing design or engineering workflows inside the UAE is preferred.
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic, fast-paced commercial art environment.
• Relevant degree or technical diploma from an accredited design, management, or supply chain education program.
