Job Description:
We are inviting applications from passionate and dedicated educators for Homeroom and Science teaching positions at our Al Quoz campus. These roles are fundamental to our pedagogical framework, requiring professionals who can plan engaging lessons, foster inclusive classrooms, and monitor student progress for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards at our Dubai campus.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to meet management academic goals.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and school administration departments regarding curriculum development, student feedback, and professional development.
- Encourage critical thinking and active participation among students while maintaining high standards of discipline.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject specialization with teaching credentials.
- Strong professional background in classroom management and student development within the UAE.
- Experience in the management of learning outcomes, curriculum standards, and inclusive educational practices.
- Professional background in education or training regarding innovative teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment in Dubai.
