Job Description:
Hey, Tiger is seeking passionate and guest-oriented hospitality professionals to join its opening team across five core roles in Dubai: Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, Jr. Sous Chef, Waiter/Waitress, and Runner. Based in Dubai, these front-of-house and kitchen team members will participate in pre-opening activities, support daily food service execution, maintain food safety standards, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
- Support smooth daily restaurant operations according to assigned responsibilities.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Assist guests professionally and handle service requirements effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Support restaurant opening activities and operational requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Hospitality Certificate, or relevant hands-on restaurant experience.
- Candidates must currently reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Strong passion for the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Prior experience in a front-of-house or kitchen role is highly preferred.
