Job Description:

A massive multi-tier culinary recruitment campaign is active for eight distinct Hospitality and F&B vacancies to scale up premium restaurant operations and guest relations teams. Operating within high-volume, premium commercial setups in Dubai, UAE, these roles span cross-functional leadership, back-of-house food production, and frontline customer engagement teams to support dynamic expansion schedules.

Available Openings:

  • Restaurant Manager: To drive overall operational performance, P&L reporting, compliance, and team mentoring.
  • Assistant Manager: To support shift configurations, inventory metrics, staff training, and service continuity.
  • Restaurant Supervisor: To oversee real-time dining floor aesthetics, order queues, and fast-paced table turns.
  • Pizza Chef: To engineer premium dough ferments, custom topping designs, and manage high-heat baking equipment.
  • Pizza Maker: To execute accurate portion controls, dough shaping, and systematic kitchen prep steps.
  • Kitchen Helper: To maintain strict food hygiene protocols, stock lines, and back-of-house cleanliness.
  • Waiters / Waitresses: To manage guest greetings, accurate order taking, table servicing, and upsell menus.
  • Front Counter Staff: To run point-of-sale systems, process payments, and coordinate delivery dispatches.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant workflows, guest interactions, and back-of-house food production systems safely.
  • Execute authentic Italian recipes, portion models, and premium presentation standards consistently across all shifts.
  • Maintain top-tier food safety, personal hygiene, and workspace sterilization protocols in accordance with Dubai Municipality rules.
  • Coordinate service lines smoothly between production kitchens and service staff to minimize waiting times.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve localized dining table issues, and secure high guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Track food stocks, minimize wastage, and process transactions utilizing modern POS terminal databases driven by Information Technology assets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Prior verified professional experience working within the restaurant, premium café, or luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, floor coordination, and operational team tracking abilities are mandatory for managerial and supervisory tracks.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English to ensure clear guest interactions and cohesive internal team coordination.
  • Demonstrated capability to move quickly and work efficiently inside a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen or dining room setup.
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude backed by a professional service mindset and strong collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or equivalent practical industry background.
