Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities by Role:
- Housekeeping Attendant: Ensure the highest standards of room cleanliness and aesthetic presentation, upholding luxury lifestyle brand standards.
- F&B Server: Deliver exceptional dining experiences at our beachfront outlets, managing table service with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Reservations Agent: Handle guest inquiries and booking requests accurately across multiple systems, ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience.
- Guest Interaction: Represent the resort’s vibrant “lifestyle luxury” brand in all guest-facing touchpoints.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Front Office and Engineering to resolve guest needs efficiently.
🔹 Requirements:
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and the luxury lifestyle sector.
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
- Skills: Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic beachfront environment.
- Attitude: A positive, guest-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Communication: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Russian, French, or Arabic) is an advantage for Palm Jumeirah’s diverse guest profile.
