🔹 Key Responsibilities by Role:

• Housekeeping Attendant: Ensure the highest standards of room cleanliness and aesthetic presentation, upholding luxury lifestyle brand standards.
• F&B Server: Deliver exceptional dining experiences at our beachfront outlets, managing table service with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Reservations Agent: Handle guest inquiries and booking requests accurately across multiple systems, ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience.
• Guest Interaction: Represent the resort’s vibrant “lifestyle luxury” brand in all guest-facing touchpoints.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Front Office and Engineering to resolve guest needs efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and the luxury lifestyle sector.
• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
• Skills: Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic beachfront environment.
• Attitude: A positive, guest-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Communication: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Russian, French, or Arabic) is an advantage for Palm Jumeirah’s diverse guest profile.
