About the Role:

We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Hostess to join our vibrant team at Kitopi in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoys being at the forefront of a lively hospitality environment.

Your Role:

The Hostess will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table rotation efficiently. You will maintain a welcoming and refined front-of-house atmosphere that reflects the brand’s standards, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience through close collaboration with the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly and polished approach.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table rotation in an organised and efficient manner.
• Maintain a welcoming and refined front-of-house atmosphere that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess or in a similar hospitality position; Dubai experience is preferred.
• Strong command of English; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese are an advantage.
• A positive personality, professional presentation, and the ability to contribute effectively within a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organisational skills.
