Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Hostess to join our hospitality team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage guest flow and reservations for management and service performance review. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, optimizing table seating during peak hours, and ensuring a warm atmosphere. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Service Excellence and Front-of-House Coordination and a proactive approach to handling inquiries. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally to meet management and service standard targets.
  • Support service integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in reservation management and seating arrangements.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and service teams to maintain high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optimize table flow during peak hours to facilitate professional organizational reporting and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for reservation tracking and maintaining updated guest records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Hospitality Management; Food Safety Certification is a professional advantage.
  • Proven professional ability within a similar F&B or hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in management of guest reservations, flow coordination, and inquiry handling.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding interpersonal communication and hospitality service standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a polished appearance, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard F&B team in Dubai.
