Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Hostesses and Waiters to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver exceptional dining experiences for management and service performance review. You will be responsible for guest welcoming, order management, and ensuring total customer satisfaction within a premium environment. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Guest Relations, Fine Dining Standards, and Interpersonal Excellence and a proactive approach to floor management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium dining service and welcoming protocols to meet management and guest experience benchmarks.
- Support service integrity in Dubai, managing floor flow and guest inquiries with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and kitchen staff to facilitate professional organizational coordination of the dining environment.
- Create positive first impressions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front-of-house.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to ensure accurate billing and efficient service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a background in hospitality is preferred.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is mandatory (Premium or Fine Dining preferred).
- Strong background in management of guest expectations and high-volume dining environments.
- Professional background in education regarding dining etiquette, food safety, and verbal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai hospitality setting.
