Job Description:

The Hotel Manager will lead day-to-day operations, foster a positive workplace culture, oversee business performance, manage people, enhance guest satisfaction, support revenue growth, and ensure the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage Rooms Division and coordinate overall hotel operations.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and achieve business KPIs.
• Support revenue growth through effective commercial and financial management.
• Maintain high service standards while promoting a positive guest-focused culture.

🔹 Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and KPIs.
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
