Job Description:

Kanz Jewels is currently expanding its team and inviting applications for the position of HR Admin Assistant in Dubai. This role is essential for supporting our daily HR operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our corporate office, retail showrooms, and external partners. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulous employee records, assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle, and managing vital administrative tasks that keep our HR department running smoothly. We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong administrative capabilities who can represent our luxury brand with professionalism and absolute discretion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day HR administrative tasks with high efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, physical documentation, and digital HR databases.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, insurance providers, and government relations services as required.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and initial documentation collection.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, UAE Labor Law, and internal HR procedures.
  • Liaise with the Management team regarding administrative support and office operations.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and HRIS platforms to streamline record-keeping and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department to ensure a smooth workflow across the organization.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in HR Administration.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and professional external communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for in-person interviews in Dubai.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and IT tools.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a high-end luxury retail environment.
