Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR & Admin Assistant to support our corporate functions in Jebel Ali. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and assist with policy development for management review. You will be responsible for tracking HR metrics and generating detailed reports using advanced Excel tools. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end administrative and HR operations within the Jebel Ali facility.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in strict compliance with management policies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding recruitment, onboarding, and formal policy drafting.
- Generate data-driven reports and track HR metrics using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation workflows.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in HR and administrative operations within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of data tracking, report generation, and formal document drafting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Immediate availability to join the organization in Dubai is highly preferred.
