Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle the full recruitment cycle, from screening CVs to coordinating onboarding activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS/ERP systems, managing medical insurance processes, and assisting with payroll for management review. We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of UAE Labor Laws who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle to support sales and operational staffing requirements.
- Prepare essential HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, NOCs, and experience certificates.
- Maintain and update employee records across Information Technology platforms such as HRIS and ERP systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and grievance handling.
- Manage administrative logistics such as company accommodation allocations and the maintenance of organizational management charts.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR and administration within the UAE or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and modern office Information Technology.
- Strong background in management of UAE labor law compliance and medical insurance processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding corporate induction and policy maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical recruitment and workmen’s compensation needs.
