Job Description:

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage human resources operations for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, visa processing, labor contracts, and daily office administration. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Laws and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate employee records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding to meet management and talent acquisition targets.
  • Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and immigration procedures in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in HR databases and employee records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies while supporting facility management and general office tasks.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to prepare HR reports and assist in employee relations matters.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience specifically in HR and administrative roles (UAE experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong background in management of recruitment workflows, visa processing, and PRO-related activities.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and corporate compliance.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage complex HR functions in a fast-paced Dubai industrial environment.
