Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee daily human resource functions, ensuring all activities align with UAE Labour Laws and internal policies.
- Government Liaison: Coordinate PRO activities and manage all government-related documentation, including visa processing and renewals.
- Talent Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation to ensure a seamless entry for new hires.
- Record Governance: Maintain highly accurate employee files and digital HR databases to ensure audit readiness.
- Office Administration: Manage office procurement, vendor relationships, and general documentation to ensure administrative efficiency.
- Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related compliance and regulatory coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the UAE.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the latest UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS or document management systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and professional communication abilities.
- Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in PRO procedures and government portal navigation will be highly considered.
