Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized HR and Admin / Reception Officer to manage our dual-function front office and people operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can effectively oversee recruitment, employee documentation, and reception duties for management and administrative performance review. You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for visitors while coordinating office activities and supporting internal communication. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law and Office Administration and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and attendance tracking, to meet management and staff support targets.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in employee documentation and office records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to coordinate professional organizational reporting and maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain a professional front desk presence, welcoming clients and managing high-standard internal communication.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and potentially social media platforms to enhance company presence and internal coordination.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related professional field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong background in management of recruitment processes, employee files, and front office operations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and organizational communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a presentable personality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard aluminum industry firm in Jebel Ali.
