Job Description:
Fidu Properties is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Executive to join its human resources team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this operational professional will oversee recruitment workflows, manage onboarding and employee records, support payroll administration, maintain office facilities, and ensure seamless communication between employees and corporate leadership within a fast-paced real estate firm.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Handle HR operations and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Manage office administration tasks and daily operational requirements.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory prior HR and office administration experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and HR documentation.
- Experience in handling general office management, administrative workflows, and corporate logistics.
- Prior experience within the real estate sector is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
