Job Description:

The HR Administrative Assistant will manage daily human resources tasks, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and general administrative support in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented HR professional will maintain employee records, track attendance, organize HR reports, assist with candidate communication, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employee queries.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Manage attendance records and employee administration tasks.
  • Prepare and organize HR-related reports and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and processes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of practical experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with recruitment support, employee administration, and attendance tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, employee recordkeeping, and operational reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
