Job Description:

We are executing a strategic internal appointment within our personnel division and are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Administrative Executive to govern corporate workforce pipelines and direct daily office coordination pathways in Dubai. Built for structured professionals who excel at bridging employee relations and tracking document setups, this full-time role focuses on accelerating recruitment cycle speeds, auditing compliance checklists, and maximizing administrative precision under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day HR administration tasks and maintain high-fidelity digital and physical employee files.
  • Coordinate multi-stage recruitment pipelines, manage candidate communications, and direct structured employee onboarding programs.
  • Support corporate visa processing routines, automated payroll administration, and standard personnel contract documentation.
  • Oversee general office administration, monitor workspace supply inventories, and handle facility coordination activities.
  • Communicate professionally and transparently with corporate employees, external service vendors, and legal stakeholders.
  • Log daily attendance metrics and leave balances into our internal human resource database system.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Formal academic training in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent accredited discipline is preferred.
  • Proven, successful professional experience managing human resources, employee relations, or administrative support functions.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying tracking spreadsheets, recruitment grids, and salary templates inside Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of record management rules, background verification steps, and office administrative procedures.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with excellent organizational habits and high interpersonal emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive personal data with absolute discretion, manage multiple deadlines under pressure, and resolve office operational constraints independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior professional experience navigating the UAE Labor Law framework and working inside a fast-paced local corporate environment is highly valued.
