Job Description:

We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support day-to-day HR activities and employee relations for management and administrative review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with the recruitment cycle, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Administration and a proactive approach to corporate HR functions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR managers with daily administrative and operational tasks to meet management objectives.
  • Act as a professional point of contact between the HR department and employees in Abu Dhabi.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to support recruitment, onboarding, and internal departmental coordination.
  • Maintain and organize accurate employee records and HR documentation to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to respond to employee queries and manage corporate HR systems.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • 0 to 1 year of professional experience in HR or administrative support roles; fresh candidates are welcome.
  • Strong background in management of administrative tasks, organizational documentation, and professional communication.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding HR practices and labor laws.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a detail-oriented mindset in the UAE.
