Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Associate to join our expanding team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end employee processes for management and operational review. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment for technical design and production roles, managing onboarding documentation, and ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Operations and Performance-Oriented Culture and a proactive approach to payroll preparation and record maintenance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities for technical and operational roles to meet management and production targets.
- Support human capital integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee files, attendance records, and leave tracking systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and finance team to assist in accurate payroll preparation and internal policy compliance.
- Ensure all HR practices are aligned with UAE Labour Law and maintain clear communication across design and project departments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to optimize HR databases and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus a relevant professional CHRP or HR Management Certificate.
- 2–4 years of professional experience specifically within fit-out, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong background in management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to engagement and retention.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law, HR operational practices, and payroll coordination.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach to organizational growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard firm in Dubai.
