Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central operations division and are seeking a proactive, highly organized HR Executive to govern comprehensive corporate human capital data pipelines and direct end-to-end workforce administrative pathways in Dubai. Tailored for forward-thinking people operations specialists who possess robust organizational compliance habits and excel at managing multi-tiered employee cycles within complex engineering or industrial landscapes, this full-time role focuses on accelerating talent acquisition speeds, auditing statutory record databases, and maximizing internal engagement scores under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding sequences, including writing comprehensive job profiles, coordinating technical interviews, drafting formal offer contracts, and governing employee data files.
- Support corporate training and professional development tracks by scheduling training modules, tracking resource participation, and archiving skills development records.
- Facilitate dynamic workforce engagement workflows, coordinating welfare initiatives, executing corporate climate surveys, and managing employee grievance-handling procedures.
- Ensure uncompromised organizational compliance with formal company protocols, internal human capital rules, and statutory ministry frameworks.
- Maintain corporate handbooks, update employment terms matrices, and support centralized process optimization strategies across separate corporate branches.
- Prepare detailed human capital analysis reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), structural organization charts, and active personnel records.
- Coordinate employee residency visa tracks, health insurance renewals, personnel database updates, and liaise directly with external regulatory authorities and service desks.
- Maintain absolute accuracy across digital database structures, monitoring expiration schedules for passports, labor documents, and occupational IDs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely matching fully accredited academic discipline.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating inside an active corporate human resource desk, general personnel administration team, or human capital operations seat.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying employee data tracking grids, license renewal maps, and organization matrices inside Microsoft Excel and HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or similar software setups.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following functional domains:
- UAE Labor Law codes, statutory residency visa processing pathways, and federal human capital compliance frameworks.
- Talent acquisition techniques, modern candidate sourcing structures, technical onboarding steps, and contract drafting guidelines.
- Employee relations practices, workforce dispute handling, development tracking models, and internal welfare configurations.
- Personnel record architectures, file indexing protocols, data privacy mandates, and document expiration monitoring lines.
- Outstanding structural organization capabilities, high attention to administrative details, strong multitasking traits under strict operational constraints, and proactive analytical problem-solving habits.
- Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with the empathetic stakeholder management traits needed to coordinate details smoothly across separate factory and office engineering divisions.
