Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our corporate personnel division and are seeking a dedicated, highly analytical HR Executive to govern full-lifecycle workforce pipelines and direct institutional human resources pathways in Dubai. Designed for visionary talent management specialists who possess deep operational command of employee records optimization and excel at tracking compliance metrics, this full-time role focuses on accelerating onboarding speeds, auditing workforce tracking data logs, and maximizing administrative efficiency under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day human resource operations, delivering end-to-end administration support for both white-collar corporate personnel and blue-collar project site workforces.
- Coordinate manpower deployment requirements in tandem with department managers, operational site directors, and technical recruitment heads.
- Prepare structured conditional offer letters, official employment contracts, and systematic new-hire orientation documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive employee induction tracks and corporate culture alignment programs for newly onboarded staff.
- Manage visa issuance pipelines, residence renewals, immigration updates, and status cancellations in strict alignment with UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate Emirates ID registration procedures, medical screening runs, labor card completions, and employee mobility approvals.
- Administer institutional medical insurance plans, managing employee health plan enrollment, policy renewals, and corporate claims tracking.
- Maintain clear, organized, and structurally secure digital records across central HRMS networks to guarantee information confidentiality.
- Track workforce attendance matrices, employee leaves, field movement updates, and monthly time-attendance data inputs.
- Support corporate performance appraisal cycles, objective evaluations, and continuous internal review tracks.
- Ensure uncompromised adherence to general corporate policy guidelines, disciplinary frameworks, and updated ministerial labor regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely matching accredited organizational development field.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating within active corporate human resource operations or personnel administration roles.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying attendance templates, onboarding trackers, and performance metrics inside HRMS networks and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following hr jobs domains:
- UAE Labor Laws, MOHRE regulations, employment contracts, and updated statutory compliance parameters.
- Immigration procedures, visa application frameworks, corporate insurance systems, and government portal pathways.
- Workforce asset management, time-attendance processing tools, leave calculations, and personnel record auditing.
- Performance evaluation models, corporate induction techniques, and cross-functional employee relations guidelines.
- Outstanding structural organization capabilities, strict attention to administrative details, multi-tasking strengths under high-volume corporate schedules, and adaptive conflict resolution instincts.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to consult professionally across all management levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior verified professional HR experience within the United Arab Emirates managing multi-tiered corporate and project-site workforces is preferred.
