Job Description:

The HR Executive will coordinate day-to-day human resource operations, maintaining detailed corporate records and managing personnel lifecycle files. Working within a professional corporate environment, this role will coordinate employee onboarding pipelines, track staff attendance metrics, support payroll processing systems, and ensure absolute compliance with statutory UAE Labour Law requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide payroll-related support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative HR activities.
• Assist with HR reporting and maintain accurate HR records.
• Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries professionally.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
• 2–3 years of dedicated human resource experience, with prior UAE experience highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operational procedures.
• Proven experience managing attendance records and supporting payroll compilation workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; hands-on experience using modern HRMS software is considered an advantage.
• Immediate joiners and candidates residing in the UAE on their own visas will be prioritized.
