Job Description:

The HR Generalist specializing in payroll and labor administration will lead workforce calculations, contract drafting, and compliance initiatives. Operating within the construction field, this professional coordinates directly with on-site engineers to compile time cards, process official payroll distribution cycles via WPS, and ensure all site personnel actions adhere to local Labor Law mandates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily labour attendance records and site timesheets.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculations, and WPS processing.
  • Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower allocation and workforce updates.
  • Handle employee onboarding, employment contracts, visa documentation, and HR files.
  • Maintain leave records, attendance, disciplinary actions, and employee documentation.
  • Support labour recruitment, mobilization, and workforce planning activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and manpower reports.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven HR and payroll administration experience in the UAE.
  • Previous experience working in a construction or contracting company is strictly mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Wage Protection System (WPS) and UAE Labour Law.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall workforce coordination.
  • Proven experience managing blue-collar labor workforce operations and site-based employees.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
