Job Description:

Global Talent Resources is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join a dynamic corporate organization in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this talent acquisition specialist will oversee full-lifecycle recruitment, conduct candidate sourcing and interviewing, handle employee onboarding documentation, liaise with external recruitment agencies, and support GCC and overseas hiring campaigns while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain HR records and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate GCC and overseas recruitment activities.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment workflows, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview methodologies.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, employee onboarding processes, and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment mandates across regional and overseas markets simultaneously.
