Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end human resource functions and daily HR operations for management and policy review. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all company regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and onboarding, to meet management staffing objectives.
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives in Dubai to promote a productive work environment.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to coordinate attendance tracking and support payroll-related processes.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation and compliance records to ensure 100% data integrity and policy adherence.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to assist management in developing and implementing HR strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a related field, or a relevant HR certification.
- Previous professional experience in human resources is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong background in management of recruitment cycles, employee relations, and workplace communication.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HR policies and labor regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and manage multiple HR functions efficiently in the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting a collaborative work environment.
