Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end HR functions for management and operational review. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, overseeing daily administration, and managing employee-related activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Laws and Visa Processing and a proactive approach to team management and HR strategy. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing and onboarding to meet management and staffing targets.
  • Support people integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee visa documentation, labour law compliance, and HR records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior management to coordinate department-wide operations and employee relations.
  • Handle the full scope of employee visa processing, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict adherence to UAE regulations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize administration and professional HR reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus a relevant professional HR Certificate.
  • Proven professional experience specifically in HR, administration, and UAE-based operations.
  • Strong background in management of full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, and hands-on visa processing.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Laws, compliance procedures, and HR administration.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask efficiently, and work closely with senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a fast-paced corporate office in Dubai.
