Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and professional HR Executive / Front Desk Executive / Personal Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage both front-office duties and HR support for management and administrative performance review. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting in recruitment activities, and maintaining critical HR databases. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Front Office Management, Recruitment Support, and Executive Assistance and a proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate front-desk operations to meet management and visitor experience standards.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, managing calls, schedules, and visitor logs with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate professional organizational coordination of recruitment, sourcing, and screening processes.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, maintenance of attendance records, and general daily HR operations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR databases to ensure efficient data management and internal communications.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, administration, or front desk roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong background in management of administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and data handling.
  • Professional background in education regarding HR operations, business communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask effectively, and maintain a professional attitude in Dubai.
