Job Description:

The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, statutory labor compliance, employee relations, performance reviews, and general HR administration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing, and candidate onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, address workplace inquiries, and maintain positive employee engagement.
• Oversee daily HR administrative duties, personnel record maintenance, and HR documentation.
• Assist in driving performance management frameworks and staff development programs.
• Ensure all human resource policies strictly comply with UAE Labour Regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar core human resources position.
• In-depth operational understanding of UAE Labour Laws and standard HR practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare, engineering, consultancy, or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Immediate availability to join the group in Dubai is preferred.
