Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai and Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage core HR functions for management and strategic review. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, payroll coordination, and implementing HR policies aligned with company objectives. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law and Marine Sector HR Practices and a proactive approach to employee engagement and workplace culture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle and onboarding to meet management and operational staffing targets.
  • Support people integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee records, payroll processing, and leave management logs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and PRO to manage visa processing, work permits, and government-related documentation.
  • Lead performance management processes and develop HR policies that build a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRMS systems to optimize personnel tracking and professional HR reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus a relevant professional HR Leadership Certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience preferably within the engineering, marine, or offshore sectors.
  • Strong background in management of UAE Labour Law, performance appraisals, and complex HR functions in dynamic environments.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding strategic HR planning, policy development, and organizational culture.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-growth marine firm in Dubai and Sharjah.
