Job Description:
AX Capital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee its human resources department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this bilingual HR leader will manage daily HR operations, direct talent acquisition and performance management programs, foster positive employee relations, ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, and support organizational expansion. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the UAE.
- Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Prior experience working within the real estate or property sector is an added advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, strategic planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
