Job Description:
Fruitful Day is seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to independently lead all human resources operations in Dubai. Beginning in September 2026 and requiring approximately 20 hours of on-site work per week, this standalone HR professional will oversee end-to-end employee lifecycles, recruitment, visa processing, policy governance, and employee engagement while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s HR function independently.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
- Handle visa-related HR processes and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR policies.
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance to management on people-related matters.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, and visa procedures.
- Proven ability to manage human resource operations independently in a standalone role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Available for 20 hours per week of on-site work starting in September 2026.
