About the Role:

A respected company in the shipping and maritime sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end Human Resources operations in Dubai. This management role requires supporting a diverse workforce and providing timely HR solutions in a fast-paced operational business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Implement and coordinate HR policies and payroll processes.
• Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee matters, engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and practical experience applying regulations to HR processes and contracts (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and professional management of sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to work effectively in a shipping/maritime environment.
• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
