Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Cum Office Admin Coordinator to manage frontline employee relations and direct back-office administration systems at our centralized headquarters in Dubai. Operating as an essential workplace administrator within our corporate service team, this full-time role focuses on verifying multi-national labor compliance, balancing internal payroll tracking files, and auditing general office asset schedules under our comprehensive operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, organize master personnel files, and govern end-to-end employee documentation workflows.
  • Maintain, update, and secure digital personnel records, ensuring absolute confidentiality of all sensitive legal and professional information.
  • Coordinate corporate recruitment activities, managing job postings, scheduling panel interviews, and conducting follow-up communication with potential candidates.
  • Assist in monthly payroll-related data compilation, audit attendance logs, and coordinate closely with the finance unit to process accurate salaries.
  • Oversee general office administration, manage administrative supply vendor accounts, and coordinate routine operational facilities support.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or an equivalent organizational discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating within an integrated HR administrative, corporate secretarial, or office coordination role.
  • Prior background or solid administrative exposure working within the regional UAE construction engineering, building materials, or subcontracting sectors is a competitive advantage.
  • Good fundamental understanding of basic UAE labor regulations, employee visa tracking, talent screening processes, and localized attendance data tracking.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, lookup configurations, and data tables inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional structural organizing capacity paired with the professional discretion and accountability required to handle sensitive personnel information.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and multitasking skills to coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional workshop and executive teams.
