Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our UAE operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end HR processes for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for managing the complete visa processing cycle, supporting recruitment for technical roles, and ensuring compliance with MOHRE and ICP regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Laws and Government Liaison Protocols and a proactive approach to employee onboarding, medical insurance coordination, and data management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete visa processing cycle to meet management and government compliance targets.
  • Support human capital integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in attendance records, leave management, and employee data databases.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and government authorities (MOHRE, ICP, Immigration) to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview coordination, while managing employee onboarding and medical documentation.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize personnel tracking and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources plus a relevant professional CIPD or SHRM Certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within HR or Admin roles in the UAE.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required to facilitate this professional international engagement.
  • Strong background in management of UAE visa processes, labor laws, and Tawteen procedures.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding recruitment, employee relations, and government liaison tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a detail-oriented approach, and a willingness to handle field-related tasks (Immigration/Hospital visits).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard international firm in Dubai.
