Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Officer to manage and support all human resource functions within our retail operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the full recruitment cycle and performance tracking for management and workforce performance review. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Employee Relations and Organizational Development and a proactive approach to conflict resolution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to meet management and company objectives.
  • Support people integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR procedures.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources leadership to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting and evaluations, to facilitate professional organizational reporting.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to manage payroll coordination, benefits, and confidential documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related professional field.
  • CHRM and/or CIPD certification is mandatory for this professional role.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in management of retail or jewellery industry HR operations and UAE labour regulations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding conflict resolution, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high emotional intelligence, and maintain professional confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam to support our diverse team in Dubai.
