Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven HR & Operations Manager to govern end-to-end talent programs and direct large-scale workforce logistical deployment at our central operations division in Sharjah. Operating as a pivotal leader within our corporate executive unit, this full-time role focuses on accelerating field workforce productivity, managing vast supplier networks, and auditing complex workforce parameters under our unified structural management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines, including large-scale manpower sourcing, technical screening, and strategic onboarding.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance areas (KPAs) across all blue-collar and white-collar divisions.
  • Oversee multi-site employee attendance systems, shift schedules, and overall field workforce management processes.
  • Handle strategic Emiratization initiatives, ensuring total adherence, compliance, and successful integration of local talent.
  • Track day-to-day workforce productivity metrics and implement creative strategies to maximize labor utilization.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate employee engagement modules to continuously improve workforce morale, retention, and loyalty.
  • Plan, structure, and coordinate targeted training programs to foster continuous staff growth and upskilling.
  • Lead complex workforce mobilization strategies, securing timely deployment of technical personnel to client sites.
  • Conduct onsite trade testing, mechanical skill assessments, and continuous technical evaluations for active manpower validation.
  • Oversee multi-facility optimization plans, including employee accommodation camps, catering services, and fleet transport logistics.
  • Build and retain strong collaborative relationships with regional manpower suppliers, sub-vendors, and industry partners.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or an equivalent organizational discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful, verified professional experience operating strictly within a high-volume manpower outsourcing, technical recruitment, or blue-collar staffing enterprise in the UAE.
  • A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role to handle multi-site camp visits and field coordination.
  • Deep structural knowledge of UAE Labor Law, multi-tier visa processing, MOHRE regulations, and labor camp facilities optimization.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, payroll tracking logs, and resource allocation models inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional leadership instincts, persuasive communication skills, and a highly disciplined approach to managing multiple site projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving capacities, analytical reasoning skills, and a proven ability to bridge communication seamlessly between site personnel and executive management.
