Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver technical precision for management and workforce performance review. You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll, managing operational inputs like overtime and settlements, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SAP HR/Payroll Modules, Employee Data Management, and Salary Reconciliation and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly corporate payroll cycles accurately to meet management and financial benchmarks.
  • Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, managing payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and Finance teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of salary processing and reconciliation activities.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports, MIS statements, and salary documents while handling employee queries related to benefits and payslips.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and the SAP HR/Payroll system to maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of dedicated experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Mandatory working knowledge of SAP HR / SAP Payroll module.
  • Strong background in management of payroll data systems and reporting tools.
  • Professional background in education regarding UAE labor regulations, compliance procedures, and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, manage confidential records, and thrive in an Abu Dhabi corporate setting.
