Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to support our human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our corporate framework, requiring a professional who can manage the complete recruitment cycle, oversee employment contracts, and ensure compliance with management policies. You will be responsible for coordinating payroll inputs, monitoring attendance, and supporting performance evaluation processes. We are looking for an organized individual with a deep understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in Dubai.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as contracts, internal transfers, and exit procedures for management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in strict accordance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for HR reporting, workforce planning, and engagement programs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in human resources specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance practices.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and modern workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology for data management and HRIS operations.
