Job Description:
MOBH Holding Group is seeking a results-oriented HR Recruitment Officer to join its corporate human resources team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this talent acquisition specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, advertise open roles across professional platforms, source and interview potential candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, build active talent pipelines, and manage smooth employee onboarding experiences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Advertise job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment activities while maintaining accurate hiring records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within an HR department.
- Hands-on experience utilizing recruitment platforms, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle hiring, candidate sourcing strategies, behavioral interviewing, and onboarding protocols.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic communication skills are considered an added advantage.
