Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Govern the comprehensive end-to-end recruitment cycle, driving active talent sourcing, application screening, technical assessments, and final selection interviews.
- Liaise directly with project managers and department heads to map organizational headcount metrics and fulfill manpower requisitions accurately.
- Organize physical and digital talent repositories, applying strict data entry standards and background verification document control indices.
- Direct core HR operation loops, managing pre-employment documentation, labor contract execution, visa processing files, and comprehensive staff onboarding.
- Design, calibrate, and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies tailored to address sudden blue-collar and white-collar personnel demands.
- Ensure flawless communication channels between prospective applicants and internal corporate structures to secure a positive candidate experience.
- Compile precise HR administrative paperwork, generating employment offers, confirmation summaries, and statutory workforce compliance dossiers.

🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience navigating corporate human resources or agency recruiting within the UAE market is strictly mandatory.
- Solid academic foundation through a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant commercial track.
- Deep structural understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, localized portals), and behavioral evaluation techniques.
- Advanced software capability utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside complex Microsoft Office networks (Excel trackers, Word documentation).
- Exceptional presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to interface with corporate heads.
