🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and/or Department of Health (DOH) License as a Specialist Dermatologist is strictly mandatory (or fully eligible for immediate transfer/dual status).
- Currently based, residing, and actively practicing within an established healthcare institution or private clinic in Dubai, UAE.
