Job Description:
The HSE Manager will lead and execute Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across airport operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this senior safety leadership professional will implement safety systems, perform risk assessments, conduct incident investigations, ensure adherence to GCAA and ISAGO standards, and direct safety risk management initiatives to maintain a strong safety culture across operational teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across airport operations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, aviation standards, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Develop and implement HSE procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide safety guidance, training, and support to operational teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal departments to maintain operational safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC); NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
- 7–10 years of hands-on HSE experience within the UAE aviation or airport operations sector.
- Strong working knowledge of GCAA regulations, IATA AHM, ISAGO standards, and UAE Labour Laws.
- Valid UAE Driving License and willingness to meet airside access requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
