Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in identifying top talent by posting job openings and conducting initial candidate screenings for various club roles.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new coaches and staff are seamlessly integrated into the club’s culture.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage essential HR documentation, employee record-keeping, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate closely with club management and operations teams to address immediate staffing and HR needs.
- Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to building a high-performance work environment and support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between the coaching staff and management to ensure clear communication of HR policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: While not specified, prior experience in HR administration or a customer-facing sports/hospitality role is an advantage.
- Attributes: Highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, active sports environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse, international team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with HRIS or recruitment software.
